The Third Annual Kent Weaver Lectureship on Faith & Science

Dr. John Haught, Emeritus Professor of Theology at Georgetown University will explore the future of the Christian faith in the light of issues pertaining to physical cosmology, evolutionary biology, and geology. He will offer a compelling thesis that draws on his research of the Jesuit scholar, scientist, and visionary Pierre Teilhard de Chardin. Haught is a Senior Fellow, Science and Religion, at the Woodstock Theological Center and a prolific author on topics of science and religion.

The Q&A and discussion following the lecture will be moderated by Dr. Larry Golemon, Executive Director of the Washington Theological Consortium.
